What are we looking for?
Job Responsibilities
* As a member of the demand program management team within Digital, SalesSystems & Omnichannel, you ensure the delivery of software/system rollouts and changes as part of an IT modernization program, focusing on frontend solutions and the implementation of new direct sales strategies, such as Omnichannel.
* You are responsible for the overall budget and schedule for solution rollouts and the implementation of new functionalities in existing solutions.
* You oversee collaboration and communication across organizational units.
* You coordinate all involved parties, including external partners.
* You foster a unified team environment with all involved members.
* You work closely with scope and strategy counterparts, user experience teams, IT teams, and country experts to ensure alignment.
Your Profile
* Extensive project management experience, particularly in software/system rollout and implementation within an agile environment, preferably for web applications in the SAP context (SAP CDC or SAP BTP).
Nice to have
* Experience in managing delivery setups for 5-10 years, including budget, scheduling, scope, delivery partner management, and team communication.
* Experience with complex systems and the ability to leverage this experience within agile development.
* Project management certifications such as Prince2 or PMI.
* Agile certifications like Scrum Master or Product Owner, with 5-10 years of experience in various roles within agile environments.
* A proactive team player who fosters a supportive environment, demonstrates accountability and authenticity, excels in communication and collaboration, and effectively distills critical information to guide the team.
