.**Country Leader Controls**We are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven executive to lead the Building Controls portfolio with P&L responsibility. This role combines senior-level client leadership, sales strategy, and cross-functional execution to win, grow, and scale solutions for complex building automation and energy management initiatives. The Country Leader Controls will cultivate executive-level relationships, drive profitable growth, and expand Johnson Controls’ footprint across Switzerland. Key Responsibilities**Qualifications**Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; sales acumen, strategic account management, or business development experience with proven leadership and P&L accountability.Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence; ability to influence at C-suite and board levels.Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and forecasting processes; data-driven decision maker.Technical and Functional CompetenciesAbility to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions for executive audiences.
