What you can expect
As Corporate Tax Manager, you will be the gatekeeper and central Tax expert for Hapimag. You will focus on operating as the bridge between our internal business processes and external specialist consultants, ensuring our international tax strategy is proactive, compliant, and optimized for a rapidly changing global landscape.
Your Responsibilities
* Act as the central internal contact person for group-wide tax projects, efficiently managing and coordinating external tax consultants.
* Ensure continuous tax compliance reporting across all countries and subsidiaries, proactively reviewing and refining our tax strategies.
* Maintain and develop our Transfer Pricing documentation, building a deep understanding of intercompany processes and ensuring global consistency within Hapimag.
* Serve as the central anchor for local tax audits at our international subsidiaries, providing expert guidance and support to our local Area Controllers.
* Stay close to the day-to-day business to identify emerging tax risks early and implement preventive measures.
What you bring along
* Several years of experience in a similar role within an international corporate environment or a tax consultancy.
* Deep knowledge of Swiss tax law, international tax treaties, and Transfer Pricing regulations. Experience with global tax initiatives is highly valued.
* You are a “Facts & Figures” person who can translate complex tax density into actionable business insights.
* You are an analytical gatekeeper – someone who ensures accuracy and compliance today while architecting the tax-safety of tomorrow.
* Degree in Finance, Law or Economics is essential.
* Recognized specialized qualification in Swiss and/or International Taxation (e.g., Swiss Certified Tax Expert) is a plus.
* Business fluent in German and English.
