HYDRO Exploitation SA is an important service provider, particularly active in the operation and maintenance of power generation plants. We bring together all the necessary skills under one roof, from maintenance personnel to engineering.
We operate and maintain a plant portfolio with more than 40 hydropower plants. Their installed capacity corresponds to approximately 22% of the hydropower capacity available in Switzerland (25% including the pumping stations). Together, the plants we operate generate about 16% of the hydropower electricity in Switzerland.
Thanks to our unique expertise, we offer our customers services with high added value, which satisfy their diverse needs as well as their high quality requirements. Our range of services is aimed at electricity companies, public institutions, transport companies, and industry. We mainly operate in Switzerland but occasionally carry out assignments abroad.
Back-Office Assistant (60-100%)

Your Mission :
You will be involved in marketing the services and participate in the creation and follow-up of offers until the order is received.
Your Tasks :
Ensure sales support
Participate in the creation of service offers and take over their administrative management and follow-up
Ensure the regular updating of customer documentation
Research tenders on public procurement platforms
Create statistical reports and commercial key figures
Support the account managers and salespeople
Participate in organising events to promote our services
Your Skills :
Experienced commercial employee with good technical knowledge
3 to 5 years of experience in a service and/or industrial company
Experience in preparing commercial offers, especially in drafting documents for public tenders
High resilience and strong accuracy, good organisation and ability to meet deadlines
Very good MS Office skills
Good knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and SAP is an advantage
Native French or German speaker with excellent oral and written skills in the other language; good English skills are a plus
