We are seeking a Senior Luxury Construction Project Manager in Geneva to join a dynamic international team at a highly regarded general construction and real estate group in Geneva. Responsibilities
1. Lead and coordinate the full design and execution process for luxury construction projects, ensuring the client’s specifications are met with precision and excellence.
2. Prepare detailed CEA (Cost, Estimates, and Analysis) submission documents from architectural and designer inputs, including quantified cost breakdowns and estimates.
3. Drive technical and architectural integration, including clash resolution and alignment of BIM, thermal, acoustic, and fire safety requirements.
4. Manage contractor consultations, selection, tendering, and subcontractor contracts.
5. Oversee planning and track design study timelines, implementing action plans as needed.
6. Execute contract management, fabrication reviews, sample and prototype validations, and on-site coordination from delivery to installation and finishes.
7. Conduct progress meetings, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
8. Supervise handovers, final inspections, and project documentation (DOE).
Requirements
9. Master’s degree or equivalent engineering qualification (e.g., EPF, HES, ESTP, Mines).
10. Several years of proven experience in project management within a general construction environment, particularly on luxury or high-end residential projects.
11. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials at the highest quality standards.
12. Demonstrated experience on prestigious CEA projects and a reliable network of trusted luxury artisans and subcontractors.
13. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
14. Comfortable working with numbers and complex project details.
15. Fluent English (minimum B2; C1–C2 preferred) and strong communication skills.
16. Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and the ability to manage relationships with clients and partners effectively.
