Responsibilities:
Sympathetic host and guide international guests.
Recommend our offerings and ensure smooth service flow in the train including additional sales and wine recommendations.
Prepare daily mise en place and serve à la carte dishes and beverages.
Support Crew Manager in all service areas.
Order beverages and non‑food items.
General cleaning and tidying tasks.
Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Passionate and courteous hospitality personality.
Completed vocational training or experience in gastronomy, catering or tourism.
Sales and organization talent; very good German; good English; additional languages a plus.
Reliable, flexible, and resilient; high quality awareness.
Fast cognitive grasp; confident and neat appearance; responsible and self‑sufficient work style.
Ready for regular out‑of‑country stays.
