Senior Service Manager Role Overview
A challenging and rewarding career opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Service Manager to join our IT department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust service strategy for all IT services, introducing best practices in service management, and defining processes for service continuity management.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive service strategy for all IT services.
* Introduce, train, and enforce best practices in service management, including ITIL frameworks.
* Define and implement service management and service continuity management processes.
* Maintain and enhance the service catalogue to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Create and maintain a ServiceNow roadmap for continuous improvement.
* Define and deliver training on ServiceNow usage.
* Ensure high-quality service delivery by defining and monitoring service levels.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address service improvement opportunities.
Key Qualifications
* Higher vocational education or university degree in business informatics or a related field.
* Strong knowledge and experience in IT service management (ITIL).
* Experience with ServiceNow is highly beneficial.
* Broad understanding of IT and basic business administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and proactively.
* Fluency in English and good language skills.
