Spot / Operational Buyer - SAP SRM/ MM
vacancy for our Zürich based client in the Banking sector.
Your responsibilities:
* Support the procurement department with operational purchasing tasks and supplier coordination
* Manage purchase orders and approvals within
SAP SRM
and
SAP MM
* Act as a
spot buyer
, handling smaller ad hoc procurement requests
* Review and interpret
contract clauses
to ensure compliance and alignment with internal guidelines
* Analyse procurement processes and identify opportunities for improvement
* Maintain accurate documentation and support process optimization initiatives
Your experience/skills:
* Proven experience in
SAP SRM and SAP MM
(at least basic to intermediate level)
* Initial experience as a
Spot Buyer
or in an operational purchasing function
* Basic understanding of
contract terms and clauses
* Strong analytical skills and ability to
quickly grasp and execute process descriptions
* Fully
motivated, detail-oriented, and hands-on
approach
* Languages:
German - fluent; English - good (spoken and written)
