Job Description
* Performs analyses of asbestos in materials by electronic microscopy and optical microscopy (internal training)
* Performs remote analyses of asbestos in special talc samples by electronic microscopy
* Performs analyses of asbestos in air and dust by electronic microscopy
* Analysis of bulk, air and dust samples for asbestos determination using scanning electronic microscopy
* Ensuring compliance with the quality management system and compliance with internal HS policies
* Ensuring the absolute compliance of his actions with the Code of Integrity
Qualifications
* Bcs degree or technical degree as geologist / petrologist is a plus
* At least 2 years of professional experience / lab experience
* Experience and knowledge with quality standards and processes (ISO 17’025)
* Knowledge of building pollutants and environmental testing a plus
* Solid background in science generally and lab environment specifically, preferably in asbestos
* Good knowledge in scanning electron microscopy techniques
* Knowledge in mineralogy / petrology a plus
* Soft skills: Collaborates effectively; analytical thinking; good ability to interpret data; precise and thorough and positive Attitude
* Fluent in French (C1) and intermediate level in English (B2), German / Italian is a plus
