About the Role
We are looking for proactive and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Managers. You will be instrumental in expanding our client base in the North West region of the UK, building strong relationships, and driving business growth. No prior experience in the sector is required – full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
* Capitalise on existing leads and contacts to develop new business opportunities.
* Identify and pursue new opportunities within the house‑building sector.
* Contact prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to secure meetings.
* Attend networking events, trade conferences, and industry meetings to expand connections.
* Build and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring strong, long‑term relationships.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and supporting documents.
* Negotiate and follow up to successfully close deals.
* Leverage industry publications and lead generation tools to target potential clients.
* Present regular updates to company directors on progress and opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Pay
£35,000 – £40,000 per year.
Additional Pay
