Every role at Corteva Agriscience includes an opportunity to grow what matters.Finance Manager will drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance. This role requires a deep understanding of financial metrics, business drivers, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to key stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** **Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting:*** 10-16 years’ experience in finance. Prefered with at least 1-3 years experience in a leadership position with people responsibilities* Experience in Agriculture/Pharma, Technology or FMCG industries will be an advantage.* Accounting/Finance Degree with a professional qualification in accounting / analysis or MBA Finance. Deep understanding of Share Holder Value creation and elements of ROIC* Expert in Microsoft Office Suite. Must have worked in an ERP environment – e.g. SAP, Oracle* Must be capable and willing to work in an unstructured environment typically associated with start-ups / new companies.* A high level of Ethics, Compliance and Fiduciary mindset along with an attitude of collaboration, Respect for People, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity and safetyTalent Acquisition at Corteva uses technology by Eightfold AI.
