We are searching for a dedicated Workshop Technician – Wheel Shop who thrives in a hands-on, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering top-quality workmanship. Your mission
* Tire Change and Wheel Overhaul: Perform tire changes on aircraft wheels, carry out wheel overhauls, repairs, and modifications following aircraft and wheel manuals as well as company procedures.
* Documentation and Reporting: Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately for every task performed, ensuring compliance with company standards.
* Workshop Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment in line with 5S principles and good housekeeping standards.
* Tool and Equipment Management: Handle tools, equipment, and machines in accordance with internal regulations, ensuring they are properly maintained and used safely.
* Health, Safety & Environment (EHS): Strictly follow and apply all health and safety regulations, report any EHS hazards, and comply with all relevant safety work instructions and use of personal protective equipment.
* Additional Work Requests: Identify and trigger additional work requests as needed, supporting continuous maintenance and safety improvements.

Your profile
* Completed technical apprenticeship or equivalent experience in automotive, motorcycle, industrial mechanics, or as a wheel technician.
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
* Strong orientation toward quality and safety standards.
* Basic computer skills.
* Proficiency in English (spoken and reading).
* Strong team spirit and flexibility.
* High attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship.
