Our Financial Services Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Practice operates nationally and internationally across all relevant areas of business law. We focus on the financial services industry and support our clients with a wide range of legal and regulatory issues. Interesting topics await you from day one.
Your Main Tasks
* Work on exciting projects at the intersection of business, law, and technology
* Handle complex legal questions for national and international clients in the Financial Services sector
* Collaborate across disciplines in a dynamic and varied work environment at our clients' pulse
* Interact directly with clients
Your Skills
* Master's degree in law from a Swiss university
* Bar admission and/or further qualifications such as a doctorate / LL.M. are advantageous
* Must-have: willingness to perform, goal-orientedness, and desire to specialize in the financial market; plus: experience in Financial Crime Compliance, Corporate Governance, FIDLEG, Corporate/M&A, or DLT/Blockchain
* Key qualities: team skills, entrepreneurial thinking, enjoyment of challenging questions and interdisciplinary project work, and affinity for new technologies and digital topics
* As an international company, proficiency in German and English is required
