Duties and responsibilities include: Evaluating the requests from a professional in the Geneva socio-sanitary network and responding as quickly as possible or directing them to a more suitable service; intervening and working jointly with the nurse, a socio-sanitary professional, by providing social expertise and developing short-term intervention projects, while ensuring compliance with legal limits in interventions; proposing to the beneficiary and their entourage means to reduce the intensity of the perceived crisis or emergency; providing them with listening and support aimed at restoring their balance and that of their entourage; conducting a written report of each intervention with precision, outlining the services offered and chosen; assessing the journey and relevance of care for each intervention; actively participating in team meetings and supervision sessions, outside of service hours; the team works in pairs during the day as well as on weekends and holidays.
