The Role / What You’ll Bring
* A degree in computer science, engineering, or project management
* 5+ years of experience leading IT or digital transformation projects (e.g., CX, CRM, AI, or digital products)
* Previous work on contact center or communication platform projects is a big plus
* Familiarity with cloud and unified communications technologies, or a strong desire to learn
* Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is advantageous
* Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with clients and internal teams
* Confident in running workshops and managing cross-functional collaboration
* Excellent organizational habits and attention to detail
* Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, IPMA, Scrum) required; ITILv4 is a plus
* Fluent in German and English; business French is a must
