As a Senior Legal Counsel in the Corporate Transactions Department, you will play a pivotal role in advising and supporting MSC’s global business operations on a wide range of complex corporate and transactional matters.
You will be responsible for managing and executing high-value international transactions from inception to completion, ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with MSC’s strategic objectives:
Lead, advise on and manage the legal aspects of international mergers and acquisitions (both asset and share deals) including joint ventures and internal reorganisations, including: Draft, review, and interpret legal documentation, analyse legal issues, and make recommendations on necessary actions in substantial legal matters in a fast-paced, international setting. Evaluate and negotiate contractual terms across jurisdictions; advise commercial teams on legal risks.
