The Role
As a Solution Engineer (also known as Presales Engineer, Sales Consultant, or Solution Consultant), you will be a key driver in helping our customers in the Retail and Consumer Goods space leverage the power of Salesforce technology, including our rapidly evolving AI capabilities. You will bridge our technology's features to quantifiable business outcomes, focusing on automation, intelligence, and personalization across the customer journey.

Your Responsibilities
* Demonstrate Expertise: build and deliver tailored product demonstrations, technical deep‑dives, and engaging workshops that showcase the platform’s value.
* Trusted Advisor: serve as a credible, articulate advisor to IT and business decision‑makers, showcasing how Salesforce fits into their enterprise architecture and drives innovation.
* Objection Ownership: instill confidence in our technology infrastructure and proactively overcome technical objections throughout the sales cycle.
* Progress the Deal: respond effectively to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs and support our sales teams with competent solutions and answers to customer requests.
* Embrace AI: confidently articulate the value and adoption of our evolving AI capabilities (e.g., AI Agents) as they apply to customer solutions.
* Stay Ahead: collaborate cross‑functionally and commit to continuous learning and certification within Salesforce’s evolving portfolio.
Your Qualifications
* Language: Proficiency in French is strongly preferred and mandatory fluency in English (both written and verbal). Proficiency in German is a strong asset.
* Experience: 3+ years in a solution engineering, technical consulting, or equivalent customer‑facing technical role.
* Salesforce Hands‑On Expertise: proven, tangible experience with the Salesforce platform. Salesforce certifications are a significant plus.
* Technical Acumen: eager to explore new technologies, enjoy learning and testing hands‑on, and able to connect technology capabilities directly to customer business outcomes.
* Interpersonal Prowess: outgoing, confident communicator who thrives in high‑stakes, customer‑facing environments and is an adaptable team player.
* Industry Interest: background or keen interest in the Retail, Luxury and/or Consumer Goods industries.
