This role is ideal for an experienced procurement professional with a passion for indirect categories, data-driven insights, and delivering measurable business impact.
Working within Mohawk’s CoE, you will help drive best practices, influence strategic sourcing decisions, and lead initiatives that shape the company’s global procurement strategy.
The Role:
Lead procurement projects, cost-saving initiatives, and complexity reduction programmes
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across indirect categories
Conduct category analysis, should-cost modelling, and competitive benchmarking
Deliver actionable insights through supply market research and data analytics
Oversee RFx events including bid analysis, evaluation, and supplier coordination
Manage supplier and market risks, ensuring compliance with governance processes
Collaborate across functions to drive procurement excellence and continuous improvement
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years’ experience in Indirect Procurement (e.g., Professional Services, Marketing, Logistics, or Facilities)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proficiency in Excel and a strong understanding of digital tools and systems
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and influencing skills
Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix organization
