Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on IT & Operations Manager to bridge the gap between our digital infrastructure and physical kitchen operations. You will be the backbone of our technical ecosystem, ensuring our AI-assisted systems and cloud platforms seamlessly support our mission of delivering high-quality "new age" food concepts.
Tasks
1. IT, Cloud & Digital Ecosystem
Maintain and optimize IT infrastructures, cloud-based systems, and digital operations for our virtual brands.
Support the development and deployment of AI-assisted systems to refine order flow, dispatching, and routing logic.
Ensure the stability, security, and performance of all digital platforms and internal tools.
Coordinate system integrations with food delivery platforms to ensure operational reliability as we scale.
2. Operations Management (Technical & Kitchen)
Support and manage technical and kitchen-related operational workflows.
Ensure alignment between digital systems, operations, and food and beverage production.
Making international food and beverage products as well as new-age food concepts.
Identify inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
