Your mission
Advise and support internal business units in contract management, especially in the preparation and negotiation of customer and supplier contracts.
Proactively support internal process improvements.
Revise and supplement sample contracts, create checklists and participate in working groups.
Organise shareholders’ general meetings.
Manage independent internal projects or represent the legal topics in such projects.
Ensure the implementation of internal and external compliance and other regulatory requirements.
Conduct internal training and workshops.
Address legal issues and implement solutions.
Your profile
Successfully completed a master’s degree in Swiss law, ideally supplemented by the Swiss bar exam.
About 3 to 5 years of professional experience as in‑house counsel or in a similar function.
Desirable: in‑depth knowledge of the construction sector or a strong affinity for this area.
Business‑oriented, independent and structured work with a high‑quality awareness.
Mother‑tongue German; business‑fluent in English; French is an advantage.
