The contribution you can make:
* Refine data architectures and models, taking into account existing federal, departmental, and office requirements
* Structure and harmonize information from various sources to ensure maximum interoperability
* Design and implement data management security measures
* Provide consulting services in projects and product development in the context of data management solutions, as well as plan and conduct design reviews
* Define and receive high-level directives and best practices in the field of data management
What characterizes you:
* University degree in computer science, management informatics, geoinformatics, Construction Informatics, or a related field, with several years of experience in the construction sector
* Training and several years of experience in IT architecture (TOGAF, ArchiMate), data modeling (UML), BIM, and GIS/geodata
* In-depth knowledge of IFC according to the buildingSMART certification and basic understanding of the openBIM construction methodology
* Flexibility, loyalty, strong motivation, assertiveness, and excellent problem-solving skills in complex scenarios
* Written and spoken knowledge of German and English, with active mastery of at least one other official language
