What You’ll Be Doing
* Learning and Growing: You'll work directly with our senior engineers to diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues for our diverse client base, contributing to our mission of empowering clients through technology.
* Level Up Fast: You'll be mentored on how to manage IT support tickets, providing clear and empathetic technical guidance that builds trusted relationships with our partners.
* Make an Impact: You'll assist in the day‑to‑day maintenance of our clients' IT infrastructure, getting hands‑on experience with networks, servers, and security systems to help us deliver unique, quality and reliable solutions.
* Build Good Habits: You'll learn to document IT assets and support activities, building a habit of precision and organization from day one, all within our new security‑focused framework.
Who We’re Looking For

Foundational Skills
* A foundational understanding of IT concepts and desire to learn more.
* Familiarity with Windows, MS365 and macOS environments.
* A basic grasp of networking (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
* Proficiency in English and French.
