What you move
* Work on real projects and contribute to Switzerland’s leading online supermarket — your work will reach millions of customers.
* Collaborate in a cross-functional team with experienced engineers, Product Designers, and Data Analysts to build features our customers love.
* Learn how to create real customer value by understanding our customers, products, and business — and use those insights to help develop meaningful solutions.
* Support the design and implementation of features, while learning how to maintain high-quality systems, including operations and monitoring.
* Get hands-on experience with modern development practices, such as Pair/Mob Programming, Trunk-based Development, CI/CD, TDD, and BDD.
* Share your ideas and learn from the team through open discussions, agile ceremonies, and retrospectives that continuously improve how we work together.
What you will bring
* No previous professional experience required
* Bachelor's degree (university / university of applied science) IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
* English (Fluent)
* Interest in microservices architectures and modern backend systems.
* A curious and proactive mindset, with motivation to learn and take initiative.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-oriented environment.
