We’re looking for a product‑minded leader who thinks like an investor and acts like an owner. You’ll guide the Summit Fund end to end: investment strategy, portfolio focus, liquidity, fundraising, and close relationships with the people who trust us with their capital. A sharp sense for customer experience sits at the core of the job.
You’ll work across our platform, team up with distribution partners, and turn the Fund into something investors genuinely enjoy using. If you want to push a proven venture product forward and own its next phase of growth, this is your seat.
YOUR MISSION
* Product leadership: define and execute the Summit Fund’s strategy, positioning, and roadmap. Ensure disciplined growth, strong performance, and alignment with redalpine’s overall investment platform.
* Fund management: you oversee portfolio construction, liquidity planning, NAV forecasting, and reporting together with the GPs, Investment, Finance, and Investor Relations teams.
* Fundraising and distribution: drive capital‑raising activities across wealth managers, private banks, family offices, and institutional investors. Together with the redalpine fundraising team, you build lasting distribution partnerships and represent the fund externally.
* Investor relations and communication: strengthen investor engagement through high‑quality reporting, transparent communication, and consistent positioning of the Summit Fund story, with the support of redalpine’s Communication and Investor Relations teams.
* Operational excellence: enhance institutional readiness, streamline quarterly processes, and maintain best‑in‑class governance and system connectivity.
YOUR PROFILE
* Fund and product experience: 5 to 8 years working in private markets across VC, PE, hedge, or evergreen setups.
* Capital raising edge: exposure to fundraising or distribution, ideally with semi liquid or evergreen products.
* People skills: clear, confident communicator with hands‑on experience in investor relations and key account management.
* Investment know‑how: solid grasp of portfolio construction, fund economics, and liquidity planning.
* Professional backbone: background in banking, finance, or consulting paired with an entrepreneurial, results‑driven mindset and ease in a fast moving, high performance environment.
* Languages: fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
