Job description We are looking for a new team member in the role as EHS Supervisor (m/f/d)- 100% Location: Mezzovico (TI), Switzerland Type of Contract: permanent employment Startdate: in alignment with the candidate-s availabilities Travels: Weekly Travels to Raron (VS), Switzerland YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of EHS policies, programs, permits, and compliance documentation. * Lead, develop, and support teams to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in EHS performance * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations, including reporting and recordkeeping. * Build strong relationships with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders to support compliance and continuous improvement. * Deliver EHS training programs and maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations. * Collaborate with plant leadership and functional teams to drive EHS performance and support operational goals. YOUR BACKGROUND Education & Experience * Bachelor-s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field. * 3-5 years of relevant EHS experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). * Fluency in Italian, and English. German would be an advantage Knowledge & Skills * Strong understanding of logistics operations, regulatory requirements, and global customs/tax frameworks. * Strong analytical and financial skills, including experience with business analytics and optimization. * Proven ability to lead change initiatives and drive productivity or cost-reduction improvements. * Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
