Assistant to support the VP Marketing
at Sonova with a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
We are aiming for a start date around November 1st, so early applications are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage calendars, meetings, and communications for the VP and leadership team
 * Coordinate travel, events, workshops, and offsites
 * Handle expense reports, invoice management, and basic finance tasks
 * Support onboarding plans and internal communications
 * Draft minutes and follow up on action items
 * Oversee contract and legal document coordination
 * Drive continuous improvement and project support
 * Act as a trusted liaison with discretion and confidentiality
Your Profile
 * Proven experience supporting VP-level executives
 * Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
 * Excellent time management, organisation, and multitasking skills
 * Strong MS Office and digital collaboration tool proficiency (AI knowledge is a big plus)
 * High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
 * Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
 * Able to manage sensitive information with integrity
 * Team player with a service-oriented mindset
