Regional Sales Manager ACUVUE – Switzerland
Are you a people-focused sales leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams and driving sustainable growth? At Johnson & Johnson Vision, we are looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager ACUVUE to lead our field sales organization in Switzerland and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our contact lens portfolio. In this influential leadership role, you will own the execution of our commercial strategy, inspire and coach a talented team of Account Managers, and directly manage strategic key customers. You will operate at the heart of the Swiss business while collaborating closely with DACH and European Vision Care teams, ensuring strong alignment and impact across markets.
Objectives of the position
* Lead, choose and develop a team of 5 ACUVUE Account Managers in Switzerland
* Responsible for achieving the field sales targets
* Analyse and control the Swiss sales results as well as pro‑active planning and implementation of compliant measures
* Forecast and budget planning and control
* Active input into the sales strategy and optimization of processes
* Implementation of the Marketing strategy
* Planning and execution of Sales Team Meetings
* Personal management of the key customers together with the ACUVUE Account Manager
* Cross‑functional cooperation with other functions such as Kea Account Management, Marketing, Professional Education and Development, European Sales Development
* Travel time is approx. 40% of the available time
Qualifications
* Previous sales experience of 5+ years with proven very good results
* Previous people‑leadership experience
* German and English language skills – fluent in speaking and writing. French language skills are preferred
* Previous category experience would be beneficial
* Previous experience in a consumer goods business is also beneficial
Strong customer facing skills at all levels
* Demonstrable business acumen and driven by results performance
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Very good negotiation and analytical skills
