What You'll Do:
As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for the analysis, design and execution of tests
linked to business processes within an agile team.
You will play a key role in the quality assurance of business processes, working closely with the
development teams, business analysts and project managers to ensure that processes operate
optimally and in line with defined requirements.
Your role:
• Joining a team of desktop publishing experts working according to Agile methodology.
• Analysing functional and technical specifications, designing test coverage and
implementing it in dedicated tools.
• Understand and validate the business management rules implemented in the
desktop publishing models.
• Check the output templates and document composition rules
(personalisation, dynamic conditions, content insertions, etc.).
• Carrying out checks to ensure regulatory compliance and the display quality of
generated documents (margins, blocks, barcodes, legal notices, etc.).
• Working with stakeholders to clarify business requirements and specifications.
• Carry out functional tests by acceptance criteria to validate the User Stories
during the Sprint.
• Manage the anomaly lifecycle: reporting, analysis and follow-up through to closure.
• Preparing scenarios for automation (in coordination with the automation team).

What We're Looking For:
Your profile:
• IT engineering degree (EPF, HEC) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, with proven experience in
document management and desktop publishing.
• At least 2 years' experience in an Agile framework (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Knowledge of desktop publishing tools, ideally OpenText Exstream or any other
document composition engine.
• Ability to analyse XML/JSON input streams and outputs (PDF, AFP, etc.) to
validate the correct application of publishing rules.
• Previous experience in document management projects (EDM, DMS, ECM)
is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of software testing processes and the various phases of the
development cycle.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in terms of explaining technical concepts to
technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative spirit, ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Rigour, organisation and perseverance are highly desirable.
• Proactive nature: you challenge existing solutions and propose dynamic and innovative

• ISTQB and/or Agile (SAFe, PSM or CSM) certifications appreciated.
• Good knowledge of Jira, Xray and Confluence tools.
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English (B2 min).
