Consistently hit your individual revenue target and help deliver team objectives. /li liYou develop media strategies and performance driven plans together with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve measurable commercial outcomes. /li liYou take ownership of key business cases including forecasting, pricing, and steering core retail media KPIs such as CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, reach/frequency, and share of shelf. /li liYou build and manage senior client relationships and confidently present proposals, performance reviews, and strategic narratives to brand managers and CMO level stakeholders. /li liYou translate data, insights, and value propositions into clear, compelling PowerPoint stories and executive ready decks. /li liYou drive the retail media vision across the organization, aligning closely with Marketing, Buying, and E Commerce teams. /li liYou plan and lead innovative retail media projects with a strong “test learn” mindset and a focus on continuous optimization. /li liYou build and develop a high performance sales and operations culture based on trust, accountability, and delivery excellence. /li liYou manage a complex book of business by setting clear priorities and balancing hunter style growth with long term partner relationships. /li liWork closely with the Retail Media Coordinator to convert bookings into live activations and steward them through to invoicing. /li byour profile /b liYou bring 3-5 years of experience in retail media, digital advertising, or media sales, ideally within a retailer, marketplace, or retail media network. /li liYou demonstrate strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and confidence working with numbers, forecasts, and evidence based decisions. /li liYou show deep fluency in media planning and performance metrics across on and off site retail media environments. /li liYou are highly skilled in PowerPoint and Excel, including pricing models, forecasting, scenario planning, and pivot tables. /li liYou communicate with clarity, integrity, and impact, building trust with clients, partners, and internal teams. /li liYou operate with a client centric mindset and take full ownership of outcomes, even in complex or high pressure situations. /li liYou are fluent in English and at least one Swiss national language (German, French, or Italian). /li liYou understand legal, compliance, and brand safety requirements in advertising, including GDPR/DSG and data privacy standards. /li liYou are familiar with ad tech and analytics ecosystems (e.g. Criteo, CitrusAd, Google Ad Manager, Amazon Ads, Meta, BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI). /li br/ bWhat we offer /b liStaff discounts of 10 to 25% on all product groups, incl.
