Digital Learning Specialist Role
As a Digital Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging training content. You will manage the Learning Management System (LMS), deploy training campaigns, and oversee various training-related projects.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Create digital training materials such as texts, videos, presentations, quizzes, and assessments.
* Manage and administer the LMS, including course creation, user enrollment, and permission management.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operation of the LMS.
* Monitor and analyze LMS data to evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Your Ideal Background:
* University degree in sales, digital marketing, or communications is preferred.
* Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) capabilities and limitations, SCORM/xAPI standards.
* Proficient in using Content Management Systems, such as Elucidat.
* Experience in Retail sales is beneficial.
* Strong composition and grammar skills are essential.
