Location: Based in UAE, or remote with frequent travel to KSA/GCC (visa-free).

Description

* Represent the TOFWERK brand and product portfolio in alignment with company values.
* Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned accounts with focus on Middle East.
* Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
* Identify customer needs and match them to TOFWERK solutions.
* Generate new accounts and opportunities in the EMEA region.
* Perform technical sales and service activities for major strategic accounts in the MEA region.
* Achieve the MEA regional sales and order intake targets defined by Head of Sales for EMEA.

Responsibilities

Account Management & Engagement

* Manage a portfolio of existing customers and new prospects with focus on Middle East.
* Conduct proactive communication and regular satisfaction check-ins.
* Maintain long-term relationships to support customer retention and growth.
* Provide technical sales and service support for major key strategic accounts in the MEA region.

Sales & Opportunity Development

* Identify customer use cases and propose the most suitable TOFWERK solutions.
* Clearly articulate value propositions and product options.
* Generate new accounts and opportunities; plan and execute product demonstrations.
* Deliver accurate quotes and manage negotiations.
* Understand customer decision processes, timelines, and funding pathways; support funding applications.
* Execute activities to meet annual and long-term growth goals, including the order intake predefined targets.

Distributor Management

* Maintain and expand a strong distributor network with focus on Middle East.
* Conduct dealer assessments and support partners in running projects.
* Provide hands-on product and applications training to dealers where required.
* Ensure distributors represent TOFWERK professionally and effectively.

Product, Market & Event Engagement

* Stay current on TOFWERK technologies, applications, documentation, and competitive landscape.
* Focus on all market segments (non-product specific) and maintain awareness of trends.
* Represent TOFWERK at strategic events, workshops, and technical sessions in the Middle East.
* Continuously improve product knowledge to support high-quality technical sales.

Service & Support Responsibilities

* Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the product lifecycle.
* Collaborate closely with the S&S team for installations, training, maintenance, and issue resolution.
* Communicate customer support needs promptly and track resolution progress.
* Support escalations by providing context and prioritization based on account relationships.
* Identify recurring issues and communicate feedback to S&S.
* Promote service plans, maintenance packages, and extended support offerings.
* Ensure customers understand available support resources and documentation.
* Capture post-service feedback and integrate insights into account strategies.

Documentation & Reporting

* Document all activities, communications, and progress within Salesforce CRM.
* Use Salesforce task management tools to maintain consistent customer outreach.
* Manage the sales funnel with accurate and timely forecasting.
* Report regularly to the Head of SSR for EMEA on performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Required Skills

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Instrumentation, Analytical Sciences, or related engineering discipline.
* 3–7+ years of experience in sales of analytical instruments (preferably Mass Spectrometry).
* Strong technical aptitude; able to perform technical sales, demos, and hands-on training.
* Experience with key industrial accounts with focus on Middle East.
* Proven track record in B2B sales, opportunity generation, and meeting revenue targets.
* Skilled in managing distributors and supporting project execution.
* Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus; excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong relationship-building, organization, and CRM (Salesforce) skills.
* Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
