Main responsibilities
* Offer functional and disciplinary guidance while fostering the ongoing development of the HR Services team in alignment with servant leadership principles (8 direct reports)
* Lead the implementation of standardized digital solutions across the organization to automate HR processes on a group-wide scale
* Collaborate with your team to manage and enhance HR processes, seeking streamlined solutions across the employee lifecycle aligned with organizational objectives
* Manage the annual compensation process, including salary benchmarks, bonus programs, and communicating the salary review process
* Design and develop salary and bonus systems
* Prepare the annual personnel cost budget and participate in the annual compensation and sustainability report with your team
* Oversee HR reporting & controlling, monitor digital metrics, and identify areas for improvement
* Serve as the competence center for salary, bonuses, benefits, social insurance, and pension fund issues
* Ensure collaboration and service quality with other HR functions such as onboarding, contract management, and exits
* Present and discuss topics with C-Level executives, the Executive Board, and the Board of Directors
Your profile
* Higher degree in HR, Management, or a related discipline
* Several years of leadership experience in HR Services, Process Management, or related areas within international companies or startups
* Deep experience in digitalization and automation of HR processes, with an affinity for modern IT technologies and HR information systems
* Expertise in Swiss employment and social security law
* Extensive process management experience
* Strong leadership skills based on servant leadership principles, including inspiring and motivating teams, managing change, and driving innovation
* Entrepreneurial, outcome-oriented, with a pragmatic can-do attitude
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with high flexibility and adaptability
* Fluency in English required; German and French are assets
