We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Operations Technician to support operational quality activities within a leading Biopharma/Biotech environment in Switzerland.
Your responsibilities
* Support day-to-day Quality Assurance operations in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
* Review batch records and manufacturing documentation to ensure compliance with GMP requirements
* Participate in shopfloor QA activities and provide operational quality oversight to production teams
* Support deviation management, investigations, CAPAs, and change control activities
* Ensure procedures and documentation are aligned with internal quality standards and regulatory expectations
* Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, QC, MSAT, and other cross-functional teams
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support inspection readiness activities
* Promote quality culture and compliance throughout manufacturing operations
Your profile
* Technician degree or equivalent background in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in QA Operations within Biotech or Pharmaceutical environments
* Good understanding of GMP requirements and manufacturing operations
* Previous exposure to aseptic or biologics manufacturing environments is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
* Team player with strong communication and organizational skills
* Proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities
* Fluent in French and/or English
