We are looking for a skilled D365 Solutions Architect, focused on CRM/CE.
* As a Solutions Architect, you will lead customer workshops for process and requirements analysis together with our consultants/project managers.
* Working closely with the consulting team, you will advise the client, design the solution, and document it.
* You develop customized solutions based on project and company requirements and assume overall conceptual responsibility for the customized solution design.
* As part of the solution-finding process, you guide the customer from complex needs to implementation options using standard Microsoft tools.
* If individual developments are needed, you prepare the technical requirements for implementation.
* You independently carry out customizations based on customer requests.
* Together with our innovative customers, you will build future-oriented solutions in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.
* In your area of focus, you will support our sales team in presales activities.
