We are looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate to undertake the following responsibilities:Updating existing procedures: Analyze and revise current procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.Support the creation of a planning matrix procedure: Develop a standardized procedure for planning, enabling more efficient resource and timeline management.Developing a subject’s matrix: Design a matrix that includes all relevant subjects, facilitating better project coordination, training, and tracking.Drafting a planning procedure: Formalize a clear and precise planning procedure to ensure better organization and task anticipation.Participation in operational tasks: Engage in practical activities to support the daily operations of the Supply Chain team. Your profile :Master/engineer student in Pharmacy or Compliance Management or related fieldHighly motivated and autonomousAbility to write and elaborate documentation and procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Good knowledge of WordDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precisionGood written and oral knowledge French and in English (B2 minimum).
