About your role

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in the rapid expansion of a dynamic global brand portfolio? We're looking for a Global Marketing Operations Manager to drive executional excellence across marketing operations, insights coordination, and asset delivery—ensuring our strategic teams stay focused on high-impact initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

* Claims & Content Execution: Own the delivery of claims and content pipelines in partnership with brand marketing leads.
* Digital Asset Management (DAM): Lead the implementation and governance of a global DAM system, ensuring full traceability and rights management.
* Analytics Platform Coordination: Spearhead the rollout of a centralised analytics platform to streamline data collection and reporting across markets.
* Marketing Operations: Manage the production and timely delivery of marketing assets—from packaging to e-commerce content—freeing up strategic resources.
* Market Launch Coordination: Drive marketing and insights operations for geo-expansion markets including India, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and beyond.
* Brand Support: Support our US launch and contribute to innovation pipeline development and content execution.

Does this sound like you?

* 5–8 years' experience in marketing operations, brand execution, or project management within global or regional roles.
* Proven success in coordinating brand launches across diverse markets and cultures.
* Solid understanding of marketing analytics and media performance metrics.
* Experience in asset production and agency coordination is a strong advantage.
* Background in Consumer Health, OTC, or FMCG preferred.
* Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, agile environment.
