We are looking for a
Join our team at our location in Mendrisio
As a Data Engineer, you will work cross-functionally with product managers and software engineers to optimize product performance and growth.
In particular, you will:
* Collaborate with product managers and software engineers to understand product features and represent key data effectively
* Develop strategies for collecting product data and define infrastructure to collect and expose product KPIs
* Gather, analyze, and interpret product usage data to identify improvement opportunities
* Create and manage dashboards and reports to monitor product performance
We are looking for:
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a data-related field
* Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role
* Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R, SQL, and programming languages like Python
* Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, ETL, Data Modeling, Observability)
* Skills in report and dashboard creation using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
* Proficiency in English
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of German and/or Italian
* Experience with observability stacks
* Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
* Knowledge of financial or other highly regulated domains
* Understanding of data privacy requirements
