About the role
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and drive performance.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will serve as a key member of the Food & Beverage management team.
More specifically, responsibilities will include the following:
* Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff
* Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service
* Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and guest satisfaction
* Schedule shifts and manage payroll records
The skills we are looking for are:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role
* Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
* Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
