The BBM has overall responsibility for the achievement of Benefit retail objectives in store. Through leading the team by setting the perfect example, he/she will maximize on all sales opportunities and ensure the customer is provided with the best service and shopping experience possible!
The position is based in Manor, Geneva for February 2026.
Core Responsibilities
* Managing Beauty Consultants ensuring sales targets are met, and high customer service standards are maintained following the steps from the Beauty ABC’s & Service ABC’s selling formula.
* Motivate the team through daily team meetings, effective communication and recognition of positive work.
* Personally participate in achieving sales targets by carrying out brow treatments and demonstrating Benefit products.
* When possible, ensure that the Benefit and retailer staff are working together as one team to achieve product sales objectives.
* Assist manager in planning and executing counter events including new product releases, charity events and parties.
* Complete weekly sales worksheet and closely monitor the counter performance, coming up with action plan when needed.
* Communicate with direct manager to make certain schedule and staffing needs are met daily to achieve best possible sales coverage including special events, sick and vacation days.
* Ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
* Update and maintain counter to follow Benefit merchandising guidelines.
* Ensure daily, weekly, monthly and yearly administration is completed.
Requirements
* Strong retail and customer services experience (cosmetics experience preferred).
* Valid waxing license and proven strong service history.
* Passionate about cosmetics, BROWS and very much sales-oriented.
* Lead by example and promote an environment that thrives off teamwork.
* Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking.
* A go-getter! Must be comfortable approaching clients and ‘traffic stopping’.
