On behalf of one of our long-standing end clients, we are currently looking for a System Administrator / ICT System Engineer to join their team in Lucerne Canton. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a company that plays a crucial role with over 2,500 employees across Switzerland.
Your responsibilities:
* Implement and develop cutting-edge IT infrastructure solutions (Azure, RDS Farms, Windows backend)
* Automate deployment and administration using PowerShell, Power Apps, and Graph API
* Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to ensure stable operations and continuous improvement
* Define system architecture, analyze alternatives, document concepts and operations, lead internal training and knowledge sharing within an agile, motivated team
Your profile:
* Solid IT background (e.g., Swiss EFZ or equivalent) and several years of hands-on experience as a System Engineer
* Strong knowledge in identity management (Entra ID, Active Directory) and cloud services (Azure, Microsoft 365)
* Experience with Remote Desktop Farms is a plus
* Analytical mindset, collaborative spirit, agile work style, and a high level of initiative
* Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written); French is a strong asset
