Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing and Support
1. Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, collaborating with finance and payroll teams to address any discrepancies.
2. Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with employee needs.
Talent Management
1. Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, participating in interviews, and advising on candidate selection to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
2. Career Development: Identify development opportunities and create plans to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth.
Employee Lifecycle Management
1. Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition and are integrated effectively into the company culture.
2. Employee Transfers: Manage internal transfers, working closely with managers to facilitate smooth transitions and ensuring alignment with career development plans.
3. Promotions: Coordinate promotion processes, ensuring transparency, fairness, and alignment with performance and potential.
4. Offboarding: Handle off boarding processes, including exit interviews, ensuring a positive and professional experience for departing employees and gathering feedback for organizational improvement.
Employee Relations
1. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive work environment, improve employee satisfaction, and increase retention.
2. Conflict Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
3. Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures and provide training to managers and employees as needed.
Organizational Development and office management
1. Workforce Planning: Assist in workforce planning efforts, ensuring the organization has the right talent in place to achieve its goals.
2. Succession Planning: Develop and maintain succession plans for key positions, ensuring a pipeline of ready-now leaders.
3. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring an inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and respected.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Fluent in German and Chinese. French or other language proficiency is an advantage.
* At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist or specialist role.
* In-depth knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, contract management, and compliance.
* Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data analytics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of integrity and confidentiality.
