Learning and Development Role
We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As the key contact for staff development, you will design and lead training sessions on leadership, conflict management, and resilience.
1. You will support managers and teams in developing solutions to meet their needs through projects that encourage leadership development and corporate culture.
In this role, you will analyze requirements, work closely with HR to develop strategies that meet business objectives.
A minimum of 5 years of experience is required along with knowledge in the field of Learning & Development within large organizations. You must also have proven experience as a trainer/coach supporting various development initiatives such as employee growth plans or specific skills acquisition programs including public speaking techniques etc.! Educational Background: Hold either an initial education degree focusing psychology/pedagogy/management/training OR advanced certifications from institutions offering related courses (e.g., CAS). We want someone who brings diverse expertise into play while remaining adaptable under pressure!
