Their talents, diversity and commitment are crucial to our innovative strength and success.Your responsibilities:Define and lead the global medical activation plan across "MOH", congresses, KOL initiatives, and educational campaignsOwn the global MOH roadmap, content planning process, and activation calendar in collaboration with the agency and internal stakeholdersLead the planning and execution of global congresses, medical symposia, speaker programs, and advisory board supportCoordinate external medical communication and scientific storytelling in alignment with global medical prioritiesEnsure scientific narratives are translated into engaging and compliant activation formats for HCPs and stakeholdersManage and guide the MOH / medical marketing agency across content, channels, events, operations, and reportingWork closely and co-manage with other medical team members, the global and regional scientific societies and associations to build long term win-win partnershipsCollaborate with the Clinical Evidence Manager to ensure scientific robustness of external content and event topicsCollaborate with the Medical Training Manager to ensure educational consistency and high learning value across MOH and congress activitiesBuild and maintain KOL engagement plans related to medical activation, congress participation, and educational formatsCreate and maintain a global advisory board to our focus indicationsCoordinate closely with Global Product Management, Branding, Innovation and Regions to ensure alignment and local relevanceSupport regional adaptation and adoption of MOH and medical communication initiativesMonitor performance and engagement metrics across digital medical activation and recommend optimization actionsYour qualifications:Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Marketing, Medical Communication, or related field5+ years of experience in medical marketing, scientific communication, congress management, or HCP engagementExperience in Phlebology and/or Lymphology is a big plusAttending regular weekly meeting in St. Gallen officeStrong experience in digital medical education, congresses, and agency managementAbility to translate scientific content into compelling external activationStrong project management, stakeholder alignment, and execution capabilitiesExperience working cross-functionally with Medical, PM, Branding, and RegionsFluent in English and German, other languages especially French highly valuedWillingness to travel for congresses, key events, and stakeholder meetings30-40% travel time required.What we offer:Be part of an international company and contribute to people's well-being with a variety of tasks.
