Responsibilities Collaborate closely with clients to develop, test, and deliver products that meet their needs.
Work across a wide range of systems, competencies, technologies, and industries.
Program in modern C++ and C; also use Rust, Embedded Linux, and Zephyr OS where appropriate.
Participate in requirements engineering, architecture design, testing, documentation, and DevOps.
Apply good engineering practices in daily work, ensuring clean structure, good performance, and sensible test coverage.
Communicate directly with customers and propose technical innovations, methods, and principles.
Support other colleagues within and across projects.
Qualifications Strong university degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field – or an equivalent professional qualification.
Passion for high‑quality software, with emphasis on requirements, design patterns, efficient data structures, unit tests, and documentation.
Hands‑on experience with operating systems such as Linux or an RTOS; experience with Rust is a plus.
Experience programming GPUs or NPUs is an additional plus.
Communicative, open‑minded, confident in decision‑making, driven by curiosity and a passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
