As a Consultant, you will lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consulting services. You will also guide clients in adopting and integrating advanced digital tools and platforms, ensuring smooth implementation and maximizing value.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in System & Process Transformation, Data & AI Use Cases, Life Science Consulting & Industry Network, and Outstanding Communication Skills. Main Responsibilities:
* Drive clients' digital transformation by identifying and implementing innovative R&D solutions.
* Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consulting services.
* Guide clients in adopting and integrating advanced digital tools and platforms.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in implementing transformative system and business processes in areas such as CTMS, eTMF, RIM, QMS, CDMS and PV.
* Proven experience in designing and implementing Data & AI Use Cases in R&D.
* Life Science Consulting & Industry Network experience with a strong industry network.
* Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
