DSP is searching for its office in Lugano, Switzerland a highly organized and customer-focused
Post
Order and Partner Coordinator
to support our sales and operations teams in ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of complex customer orders. The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for customers' expediters, internal departments and partners/sub-vendors to monitor order status, provide updates, and resolve any issues related to deliveries, documentation, or scheduling.
This Full Time Position reports to Business Development Director
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary liaison between the company and customers' expediters or supply chain representatives.
· Coordinate with DSP sub-vendors and partners to ensure quality and timeline deliveries.
· Process, monitor, and follow up on customer purchase orders from order entry to delivery, including inspections processes.
· Coordinate internally with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure on-time delivery.
· Provide regular order status updates, including shipping schedules and document submissions.
· Manage customer requests related to lead times, delivery dates, documentation, and packaging.
· Identify potential delays and proactively propose mitigation actions.
· Ensure all necessary shipping documents and certificates are prepared and submitted on time.
· Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and customer portals, where applicable.
· Support invoicing and post-delivery follow-up activities when needed.
Requirements
 * EU/EFTA Passports or valid residence permit in Switzerland.
 * Minimum 3 years Proven experience in Order Management, Expeditor, Inspector, Post Sales, Partner Management or similar roles.
 * Strong communication and coordination skills, both verbal and written.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Project.
 * Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
 * Fluent in English and italian; other languages are a plus.
· Independent when working on assigned tasks.
· Available to work on different time zones.
· Available to travel to visit customers and project sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
 * Degree in Engineering, preferably Management Engineering, Economics or similar
 * Experience working with international clients and complex projects (e.g., Oil & Gas, Industrial Equipment, Manufacturing).
 * Familiarity with Incoterms, shipping documentation, and customs procedures.
 * Knowledge of quality and compliance requirements for industrial and IT/OT sectors.
 * Knowledge of port and container terminal industry, processes and systems
