Role Description
This is a contract role for a Commis or Demi Chef de Partie. The position is on-site, located in Davos. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of hygiene. The Commis or Demi Chef de Partie will collaborate closely with the kitchen team, ensuring all dishes meet the hotel’s quality standards and guests' expectations.

* Food Preparation and Culinary Skills
* Knowledge of Hygiene standards and practices
* Effective Communication skills
* Proven Cooking experience
* Ability to work well within a team
* Attention to detail and a passion for cooking
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
* Relevant culinary qualifications are beneficial
