Ph3Job Description /h3 pFor a leading Lifestyle brand with store location at the airport Zurich-Kloten, we are looking for their new Deputy/ASM in order to support the Store Manager in leading the team, improving sales, showcasing the brand and ensuring the most effective store operations. /p h3Position /h3 h3Leading the Team /h3 ul liAssist in recruiting, integrating, and training new staff /li liInspire team members to excel in customer service and skills development /li liConduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment /li liResolve conflicts impartially and hold regular meetings for effective communication /li /ul h3Sales Management /h3 ul liDrive team performance to meet sales goals /li liImprove key performance indicators (KPIs) /li liEnsure excellent customer service and a unique shopping experience /li liMaintain knowledge of collections and stock availabilities /li /ul h3Brand Representation /h3 ul liMaintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment /li liEnsure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards /li liEducate the team on merchandising principles /li /ul h3Store Management /h3 ul liOversee scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with labor laws /li liMonitor financial procedures and analyze sales results /li liFacilitate efficient communication within the hierarchy /li /ul h3Store Organization /h3 ul liEnsure proper maintenance of the store, stockroom, and materials /li liOversee logistical tasks like deliveries, stock management, and inventory /li liMaintain security and hygiene standards /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liRelevant education within Retail, Sales, Management /li liExperience in Retail sales and in-store (deputy) management /li liHighly customer oriented and versed in customer care and experience /li liStrong drive and initiative /li liPrior experience in PR and marketing activities /li liProficient in sales strategy /li liSkilled with numbers, budgeting and some financials /li liHigh commitment to a brand and employer /li liOpen to Airport schedules and various work shifts /li liFluency in GER / ENG, other languages would represent an advantage /li liRather casual in Style, but strict in his/her Professionalism /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
