We are seeking a collaborative Business Analyst to support our client’s operations in Geneva. In this position, you will work with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, improve processes, and contribute to the delivery of scalable business solutions. What You’ll Do
Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Assist in designing solutions that align with business objectives
Support project lifecycle phases including testing and rollout
Help refine and document workflows and reporting structures
What You Bring
A degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related area
3–7 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in complex environments
Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Visio, Confluence)
Fluency in French is mandatory ; English is also required
