Your tasks:
* Collaborate with engineers to communicate, negotiate, and influence design intention.
* Drive improvements in design based on UX testing and stakeholder input.
* Create innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems.
* Guide UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation and user research/testing.
* Apply and define UX design frameworks for user experiences.
Your experience/knowledge:
* Proficiency in data analysis, synthesis & planning.
* Knowledge of product design and interactive technology.
* Experience with UX research methodology and product development lifecycle.
* Language skills: English - fluent
Your soft skills:
* Strong storytelling capabilities.
* Systems thinking and craftsmanship.
* Ability to build consensus across teams.
